- Review & Redraft – Draft responses undergo a two-stage review process: first a “pink team” review for content and compliance, then a “red team” review for persuasiveness, tone, and consistency. We close gaps, strengthen arguments, and refine language to ensure the submission is compelling.
- Quality & Compliance Check – Before lodgement, we conduct a detailed audit of page limits, word counts, naming conventions, and sign-off requirements. We ensure all attachments are included, all mandatory forms are completed, and the submission package is fully compliant with lodgement rules.
- Lodgement Support – We prepare the final submission in the required format (PDF, Word, or online portal) and manage the upload process. Metadata fields, file sizes, and portal naming requirements are checked, and we provide support in responding to any post-submission clarifications or addenda.
